She has worked with industries ranging from Fortune 100 companies, investment banks, financial services, HKEx listed companies, government sectors, professional accounting firms, consumer products, consulate general, higher education institutions and non-governmental organizations across Asia Pacific.
Lydia received a Master of Arts (Work-based Learning) in Coaching, Training and Development from Middlesex University, London. She is a Certified Practitioner of EQ Assessments from Multi-Health Systems (MHS) of Canada and a certified Positive Psychology Coach from Dr. Robert Biswas-Diener of Positive Acorn, using the Strengths and Development tool Realise2. Lydia helps her clients to develop self-awareness, increase Emotional Intelligence and unlock their performance potential. In addition, she is a Professional Presence consultant.
Lydia was born and raised in Hong Kong as a local Hongkonger. She speaks English, Cantonese and Mandarin. She is an effective cross-cultural communicator, who has lived in Canada for two years and traveled to over 13 countries across 4 continents through both travel and volunteer work abroad.
